The ME5012 array configuration mainly includes the following aspects:
Basic configuration:
Rack mounted structure: PowerVault ME5012 adopts a 2U rack mounted structure, which is compact and efficient in design
Disk slot configuration: Supports flexible configuration of 12 disk slots, compatible with mixed deployment of SSD and HDD, meeting different storage needs
Controller architecture: Adopting a dual controller architecture, equipped with Intel Zhiqiang processors, each controller is equipped with 16GB of memory, providing redundancy and fault switching functions to ensure continuous data access and uninterrupted business operation
Hard disk configuration:
Hard drive type: Supports SAS hard drives
Hard drive capacity: Each hard drive can have a capacity of up to 20TB, and the total capacity can reach up to 240TB (depending on the configuration, the original capacity can reach up to 144TB or support an original capacity of 2.1PB)
Power configuration:
Redundant power supply: Equipped with two 580W redundant power supplies to ensure stability and continuity of power supply, avoiding single point failures
Interface configuration:
Interface options: Provides fiber channel (32 Gb/s SFP), SCSI (25 GbE SFP or 10Gbase-T), Mini SAS HD (12 Gb/s) and other interface options
